Q: What is the status of my order?
A: To check the status of your order, click onto the Customer Status Bar (located on the right margin of the homepage). You will need the email address and confirmation code given to you at the time of ordering. Your confirmation code should look like this: 23Yellow54 If you have misplaced this code contact Store@HelloCoolWorld.com

Q: I ordered The Corporation DVD a long time ago, when will it be shipped?
A: By checking your status, you are able to see if your order has been processed, shipped or if there have been any delays.

If you ordered The Corporation DVD prior to May 29 (Canada) and April 5 (USA) You pre-ordered the film as its release dates are April 5 for the USA (March 29 for Canada). Your order will be shipped promptly after these date.

Q: What does pending mean under my status?
A: When your order has the status of "Pending", this means that we cannot send the order out until the Cheque or Money order is sent and cleared. It is only when you select the Credit Card option that your payment can be automatically processed and the item sent right away.

Q: I do not live in Canada or the USA. Can I still order?
A: We cannot ship to countries outside of the USA or Canada. Soon that will change. Please contact us for more information.
